At Bandai Sales Store, we take pride in delivering high-quality model kits like 30 Minute Missions, Frame Arms Girls, and Armored Core to builders worldwide. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Please review our policy below.
Important Note: Due to the collectible nature of some products, certain items like limited edition Kamen Rider kits, opened 3rd Party Kits, and special pre-order items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be unassembled, in original packaging with all parts included
- Original receipt or order confirmation required
- Defective items will be replaced at no cost (photos of defects required)
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package Securely: Include all original packaging, manuals, and parts
- Ship Back: Send to our Fresno address using a trackable method (customer pays return shipping unless item is defective)
- Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for inspection upon receipt
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size/color/model variations of 30 Minute Sisters, Hexa Gear, etc.):
- Follow the same initial steps as returns
- Specify the replacement item wanted in your email
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return (additional shipping charges may apply for international exchanges)
Refund Information
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return:
- Original Payment Method: Credit cards (Visa/MasterCard/JCB) and PayPal will be refunded to the original payment source
- Timing: Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items
Due to their special nature, these products cannot be returned unless defective:
- Opened 3rd Party Kits (after seal is broken)
- Limited edition or collector’s items (marked as “final sale”)
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Personalized or custom-ordered model kits
Special Cases
For international returns (outside US):
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Refunds will exclude original shipping costs and any import taxes paid
- EMS returns must include the original customs declaration form
